Kathleen is a senior management advisor and PR/communications executive with years of experience at some of the nation’s leading marketing communications organizations. She started her career at BBDO, where she was charged with gaining visibility for some of its most well-known ad campaigns and the people who created them. She left to join Y&R as VP, Public Relations in New York and was instrumental in developing and implementing a two-year plan for revitalizing the image of Y&R New York, as its parent company, Y&R Inc., headed into an initial public offering (IPO). Two years later, she joined Bozell, where she handled the repositioning of the agency from a global network to a creative boutique. Most recently, she was SVP, Corporate Communications at Draftfcb, where she played a key role in publicizing its real-time marketing group, its paid search offering, its diversity and inclusion efforts and its social media strategy.
Kathleen is a graduate of AdelphiUniversity. She is a former board member of Advertising Women of New York, and was awarded both the Crystal Prism Award and the President’s Award for outstanding contributions to the organization.
